Ships dock at either downtown Berths 1–4 (directly adjacent to Front Street and Creek Street) or at Ward Cove, located 9 miles north of town (primarily used by Norwegian Cruise Line and Oceania). Ward Cove passengers take a complimentary 20-minute shuttle bus into downtown Ketchikan. Independent shore excursions coordinate pickups at both locations or at the downtown shuttle drop-off.
