How do cruise passengers get around Juneau and reach excursion meeting spots?
Juneau has four main cruise ship berths: Franklin Dock, Cruise Ship Terminal (CT), Intermediate Vessel Float (IVF), and the AJ Dock. The first three are right downtown along the seawalk; the AJ Dock is 1 mile south and provides dedicated $5 shuttle buses into town. Most independent tour operators stage departures directly at the Mt. Roberts Tramway parking lot, less than a 5-minute walk from downtown piers.
